I didn't agree with the moderation locking this thread http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=157772 just because anybody knows if the 31 million users are active or not... os the mod team can only ask to change the thread title ano not lock it.

I asked to mod the reasonto lock the thread and he said it is because 31 million active users are unbelievable.

Now I'm curious to know what that number means... so for that I will make a little game, a pool with two options:

1) I have a PSN Account and I'm a active PS Home user
2) I have a PSN Account and I'm not a active PS Home user

Active = Played the PS Home in the last months

* Please, just pick a choice if you really have a PSN Account *

I've "played" PS Home for maybe 30 minutes (when it came out) and quickly decided it was boring beyond belief.

like ive stated before, when im really bored i will check out ps home and mingle alittle and see whats happening in the theater but thats about it, i do like going there when e3 is going on.

That's happen at least one time per month or close to that? If so you are active.

If I enter in the Home to check anything one time per month I think I'm a active user.

im not an PS home user, but the thing is, i know a WOMAN who is. and ALL HER FRIENDS use it. home isnt popular among the "core" gamer who hangs out on forums, but apperantly it is popular with other, more "casual" people.

Yeap... I know a lot of people that use the Home too.

It was locked because that was ALL That was being discussed, and the term active was added by itself.

Like I showed you when you messaged me... the 19 Million and 14 million talk were "Anybody who had every downloaded it ever.

That's the consistent reporting of Home numbers. It's locked just how all those "shipped not sold" threads are locked when people don't understand the terminology.

Nothing is preventing anyone from restarting the topic and just referring to it as total users ever, or just not ever using the word active.

Also, yeah, own a PS3... don't use home.

I mean, you really think it's reasonable that 41% of PS3 owners log on to home once a month? That's just silly... no matter what it is.

The pool results looks weird... well the first line is I'm active... the second I'm not active.... I will not change because the votes are be lost.
