An interesting "Top Ten" from GameTrailers in my opinion. This is in their opinion, the list of games that sold over a million but did not deserve it by a long shot. I don't agree with #1 but I can't argue with it as much as I try, in the mean time-

The main reason I posted this was to ask people's opinion on the game that got #1

I loled when I saw #1, but they do have a point.

It was every thing that relates to or includes Sonic post Sega consoles

I don't post the entirity of things I post because
A: it adds to the mystery of my post and if I'm posting something,
B: It usually means I apprciate the effort placed into it so I like to give them the credit they deserve by getting them the traffic.

It deserves a place on the top ten, definitely, but worse than ET for the 2600? Really?

I know and based on how often they diss Ironman on their site, I expected that to be #1

I've played ET, and really, it's underrated. It brought a novel new idea to the games industry and captured some of the movie's spirit. I actually think it's one of the better Atari games.

Note sure if I'd agree with the Sonic or Kinect games (especially since Adventures came bundled so I wouldn't call it a standalone blockbuster) but I can think of two games that are more deserving. Tony Hawk Ride and Star Wars (FUII and Clone Wars: Republic Heroes, take your pick) are more deserving of being the list.

No, just no. Sonic is fun. Don't lump the whole series into one negative entry. Sega and Sonic All-Star Racing is one of the best Kart Racers out there. Sonic Generations is one of the best platforming games I've played in a long time. If they want to bag on Sonic 2006 that's fair, but leave the fun stuff like Sonic Adventure 2 out of it.

I've been a Sonic fan since the Genesis days. I haven't enjoyed all the games, but I did love Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 and I had a really good time with Sonic Colors. Believe it or not but I actually enjoyed Sonic Adventure 2 more than Super Mario Sunshine, which I still had fun with. I think Sonic Generations is a great game, better than a lot of game's that have sold over 1 million.

Sonic doesn't get the respect he deserves. Not all of his games have been stellar, but the ones that have been good have been very fun to play. People seem to forget that games are supposed to be fun and Sonic Generations was, if nothing else, very fun.

You know what's not as fun as Sonic and get's too much respect. Donkey Kong Country series. I love the arcade originals, but the DK Country games are boring as hell. I did have more fun with Returns than any of the others ones, including 64, but the series is just not as fun as the Sonic series yet people gush about it like it's perfect in every way. This is coming from a guy that actively collects anything with Donkey Kong on it. I have an arcade machine, original 80's plushies, every system that has ever had a Donkey Kong port, every DK Game & Watch and tons more. I literately just finished a long game of the original Donkey Kong arcade game before sitting down and seeing this, but I think DK Country is overrated. I love Donkey Kong, but DK Country is mediocre at best. Yet GT says Sonic is the worst? No, I say DK Country is the most overrated Blockbuster series around.

I actually liked that Frogger remake... I had the PC version, but I played the PSOne version that my friend had. If there was ever one game that could come close to matching the amount of time I spent with Pokemon as a kid, that would be it.

I never played the olympic games or sonic 2006 but 2 battle is a great game simply just raising your chao and at least Sonic team found out that people only wanted to play a super fast sonic in Unleashed. I guess they should have included the Shadow game to make their point stronger, but I guess that would be considered a spin off. It's not my list so I can't complain but I like the screwattack's top 10's better than theirs.
