My piece of advice : never ask her about it again.

many girls are undecisive when the guy they like is asking about it. They have their reasons among them

  • After it, then what?
  • is he with me for just that?
  • I want to test his patience.
  • I'm still unsure if I like him that much.
  • other Infinite reasons that would break the VGC servers if I list them all.
So instead of going forward, do the following
  1. Hold yourself.
  2. Hold yourself.

    Each girl is different, and I can't say much without meeting her, but flat out asking is a general no no (keyword, general). Really, the important thing that the_bloodwalker said, be patient. Don't push it so much. Don't even talk about it for a while. 

    But yeah, pay attention to small things. Gifts are great too, especially the kind of gift that will make her say/think "Wow, I didn't even know you were listening when I said I liked/wanted this". 

    Really though, control and patience are key. Without those, it sounds like even if you do get with her, she'll move on due to boredom.
