I know the US economy has really gone off a cliff this year with the deranged political/economic leadership, but I mean damn, this is reallll bad for the gaming industry. I guess bad economy plus literally nothing in gaming being cheap anymore plus tariffs is just sinking the US industry right now.
PS5 is dominating Europe but that's about it. Nintendo is dominating Japan but already been weak in Europe for months and now these awful US Nov numbers are really making it look like the steam is already fading for the Switch 2 outside of Japan. Everyone desperately needs to lower their prices, though tariffs make that impossible in the US, and Switch 2 desperately needs to start getting games. |
