Clair obscur Expedition 33. My game of the 9th generation so far.
Next in line would be Khazan and Death Stranding 2 but both have a looooong gap and I doubt DS2 is going to be able to bridge the gap with a ladder but I'm open to it. If DS2 does it'll be for very different reasons. KCD2 has a chance but I have yet to dive deep into that game and because of the way it's designed it'll also be like DS2 where the creators go out of their way to make things just a little less enjoyable than they could be for immersion, I'm not sure either game has the possibility to eclipse CO E33.
