Places with big populace areas that didn't have the PS5 are stocked but others you'd stick would be stocked, lesser known places are fresh out. Lots of anecdotal stuff too is making me extra interested and to find out what is happening in different regions. I wanna know what's true and only what's true. 

idk about the Switch 2 situation where you live, but the PS5 didn't had enough stock because it released during the pandemic and during a global chip shortage.

This meant demand was higher but there was a cap on how fast Sony could produce PS5s due to the shortage.

None of that is true for the Switch 2. Nintendo could plan accordingly and... just produce enough units. 

Yet it still followed the exact same graph as the PS4 when aligned and continues to do so.
