A Short Hike - the name is fitting, yet despite being short a game I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with.
Pony Island - it is brainfuckery from the guy who went on to make Hex and Inscryption, fairly short, pretty good.
Katamari Damacy - nanananananana.
20 Minutes Till Dawn - technically you can play it long as it has high replay value, but one run is short, 20 minutes. Is a survivor style game with very satisfying combos and more interactive as you shoot.
Attack of the Friday Monsters! - part of the guild games from Level-5. All the guild games are actually pretty fun and short, but this one I loved the most.
