These comparisons don't really make sense in today's landscape. EA doesn't come out and say 'Fifa 2018 sold 15x more on PS4 than switch', it's irrelevant due to the circumstances as to why a Fifa game would sell on the Switch than on PS4. The same goes for Dead Cells, a 2018 indie game is going to have different exposure between the systems and since a large majority of PS4 owners already own a Switch (70% according to NPD for the US), double dipping wouldn't make sense.

First of all, FIFA sold around ten times as much on PS4 than on Switch. Still a big number. FIFA is among the games strongest on PS4, it has an unusually high ratio also compared with the XBox version. Secondly you have it backwards. Not 70% of PS4 owners have a Switch, 70% of Switch owners have a PS4 OR XBox (which is relevant in the US). Which is something different. The ratio can only then be similar, if both sold around the same, but as PS4 is around longer it has much more sold units. With time and ongoing sales the ratio of Switch owners owning one of the other consoles will drop and the ratio of owners of one of the other consoles that also have a Switch will rise.
