Nope. We all know X1 has a stronger CPU. It isn't used for most games. As I recently read a review for the PC-version of AC:Unity - yes this game strains multiple CPU-cores on a modern CPU. That explains the issues it had on PS4, although it was only marginally better on X1. Anyways, a statement that PS4 is more powerful in every area is obviously wrong.
