XBOX360:
1. Fable - Well, it sounds cool. Again, no number put, as I don't know which one is best.
2. Halo - I like a good shooter, as long as I can play it singleplayer. I didn't put any number, as I don't know which one is the best, but if I would own a X360 I would surely try out one.
3. Kinect Adventures! - Well, nothing against fun minigames.
4. Mass Effect - A Bioware-RPG, I'm sold.
5. Forza - Again, anyone in the series would suffice. I'm not too much into racing-games, but usually I get one each gen to get my racing-needs fulfilled. As I see that, on XBOX360 that title would be Forza.
(Thanks kupomogli, to remember me to Lost Odyssey, I think Tales of Vesperia isn't exclusive though. Blue Dragon would be another title worth a try.)
PS3:
1. Ni No Kuni - Level 5? Ghibli? RPG? Anime graphics? Oh, yes. (Probably Wright might disqualify that, because it also is on DS ...)
2. Demon's Souls - I want.
3. The Last of Us - All the overhyping of Playstation-fans on this site for this title is not without effect.
4. Tales of... - The Tales-series is usually quality RPG. I think some of them are Playstation-exclusive.
5. Uncharted - Well, again any number would suffice. I surely would try it out.
(6. PSASBR- Yes, it's a ripoff, but a ripoff of one of the greatest games. It tries some different things and for that I would try.)
(7. The Last Guardian - .... just kidding. Although I was really interested in this title - a long time ago.)
(Journey, Flower, Tokyo Jungle - a lot to try out for PS3. I think it is the right time to get one.)
Wii:
1. Xenoblade Chronicles - great game
2. Super Smash Bros. - I said it already for PSASBR, that SSB is a fun game. And it is.
3. Wii Sport Resort - The sports games are both great, Resort is a lot more polished though, as Wii Sports was a launch title. Only thing is: Wii Sports has Tennis. 
4. Pandora's Tower - Well, great. In my book the true successor to Ico and Shadow of the Collosssus.
5. Monster Hunter Tri - So much time of my life...
(6. Zelda: Twilight Princess - Even Zelda only gets the sixth place.)
(7. Metroid Prime 3 - Forgot about this one. So it has to take the seventh spot.)
