Hmm, turn-based-battles, random-encounters, 60-hours gameplay. That could be great. 
Let the battle-system be good, not too easy. Also I want many option for character-development.
That would make a really good game.
If you also look at Etrian Odyssey IV, I think the 3DS could become a good platform for RPGs.
