You're right: If 花札-business isn't working anymore, 任天堂株式会社 will be out of business. 
Yeah, I mistyped Hanafuda, forgot an a. But it's an transcription anyway.
And Nintendo didn't said that, but fact is, Nintendo invented themself new already once. They can do it in the future. Do you think they go to the share-owners and say: OK, as consoles don't work any longer we decided to stop business, your shares are worthless now. I don't think that will happen.
