NPC Zelda (3 Zelda GC games on one disk, NPC version).

Then again, no chance really of that being what this is about, since (I would think) IGN's reaction would have been much more extreme.

I agree... I hope this isn't a Mario game. Mario Bros Wii and Galaxy 2 were both very pleasant surprises, and I can't wait to play either of them... but I don't want another Mario spin off. As far as I'm concerned Nintendo went too far with those and they should concentrate on a new ip or one of their lesser used franchises.

it might be time for a new mario party. didn't they release one every year in the gc days?
but i agree, i'd like some other franchises on the wii. galaxy 2 and nsmb will be highlights, but not EVERY game has to be a mario game.

^I believe 6 came out 2 years after 5, that or 7 was 2 years after 6, but it was one of those 2.

I hope it's Star Fox. If it's not, then probably Paper Mario. Mario Party 9, I do think exists, but I doubt IGN would say that is above "B"
