^^^ Agreed, in my experience the colors are nowhere near as muted as they seem in this video. This is not a colorful game mind you, but it wasn't on the 360 either. Off all the things that could be said of this game, washed out doesn't even make the list.

I should also add the game is not a graphical showcase game on the 360. Capcom stated they had to remove a lot of the texturing to fit all those enemies in. Where the game showed off graphically was in the lighting. Yes, the Wii can handle lighting like that, but the CPU is kind of busy with the zombies.

I wonder how good the 360 version would look without the lighting effects.

what zombies?

I'll just assume from your sig and avatar that you are being sarcastic, and hopefully doing some of the things rol does.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

The graphics are very good for a wii game... no comparison to the 360 though... When is the conduit out again?

Can't see any problem with the Wii version although the Xbox 360 has sharper colours.

I don't think you need gaphics any better than the Wii provides in that game, it's how it plays and how much fun it is that counts.

For once I agree with IGN:

6.0                 Graphics
Obviously, Dead Rising had to take a hit in the transition from 360 to Wii. But           this isn't even good looking for the Wii, really.

I'm right at the end on normal. Do you think the zombie count is the same on hard?

The most zombies (apart from the driving sections - which are funny) I have seen on screen is about 25 or so.

Good question. I myself played on normal as well, which is my SOP. While I don't know for sure my guess is no. This game is all about zombies and so Capcom threw as many as they were able to, I doubt that will depend on difficulty level. My guess is that they took the cheap way out and instead of increasing count and/or AI they just increase the damage caused by a grap or bite- typical lazy dev trick. Still I will check this out tonight and report back.

So basically, they took out nearly everything that made the game what it is and gave you more guns and slightly better shooting controls.

I hope you all realize how terrible this is. There's already a game out that does everything this game does and is amuch better game in itself. It's called Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition. It also has a cheaper price tag too.

Let this game flop like it deserves to.

Yes! Old Montana is back!

I'd like to play this game someday. I remember when it was shown at E3 '05 everyone hated it, but a year later everyone was saying it was awesome.

The game just needed a little more effort from Capcom.
But if this wins them money, good for them.
