Then there will be much bitching and moaning from Sony and MS fanboys who claim to mourn for "hardcore gaming" (which is funny since they're generally newbies who started with the PS1 or later) when in actuality they're just pissed that their console of choice is getting it's ass kicked. Oh yes, it will be glorious. Oh and btw: virtually every single installment of traditional franchises on the DS has sold better than on other platforms. Expaning market = more sales for everyone.

AC4 has gone down in my book since I started seeing more in-game stuff.

Oh and btw: virtually every single installment of traditional franchises on the DS has sold better than on other platforms.

Has 5 PREVIOUS versions of it selling better... to MUCH better. (this is American numbers because As long as I live in America. I am interested in American sales for what influences me. But let's look at japan just for laughs. Pokemon Red / Green / Blue GB Nintendo 10,224,500 Pokemon Gold / Silver GB Nintendo 7,207,250 Pokemon Ruby / Sapphire GBA Nintendo 5,357,000 Pokemon Diamond / Pearl DS Nintendo 4,960,500 so 3 better selling versions of that on the DS... let's look around some more. And if you think it's gonna outsell the best selling DQ. (DQ7) your looking at 4x more sales than the best 3rd party game on the DS. (that's in japan) Funny... looks like DS versions sell alot worse... Guess your right tho. Dunno why. But I guess your right.

OMG i thought that Pokemon Red / Blue (there is no Green ) Gold/Silver/Ruby/Sapphire were out for ages and that Diamond and Pearl were out for 3 months!!! and still... Ruby and Sapphire are just a bit ahead of Diamond and Pearl. (Diamond Pearl - 3 Months, Ruby Sapphire - more than 2 years!)

That's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard. Sorry, but worldwide > USA. But hey, NSMB will easily pass everyone of those except Mario 64 in the US. (And likely pass Mario 64 worldwide.)
so 3 better selling versions of that on the DS... let's look around some more.
If you don't think Pearl Diamond will exceed Ruby / Sapphire then you are extremely stupid. In fact, it could very well reach Gold/Silver numbers and beyond eventually. And yes, DQIX has a great chance of beating DQVII. DS is on track to be the biggest hardware and software mover of all time on the Japanese market.

Let's see Japan Super Mario Sales... (just because u showed Japan Pokemon Sales...) Week 1 - 40 = New Super Mario Bros 4,366,500 Week 1 - 40 = Super Mario 64 1,382,750 Week 1 - 40 = Super Mario Advance 4 792,500 Week 1 - 40 = Super Mario Sunshine 636,750 So... last time I checked my math skills 4,366,500 is MUCH better than 1,382,750 (and Mario 64 was the first 3d Mario) I think your logic is flawed...

it was formatted all wonked up when you first posted... and you fixed it so it wasnt. :) It was said earlier... "non-gamers arent the people who wait in line for 15 hours for a console." When I waited in line for the Wii... there was... well... no gamers there untill 5AM. (they went on sale at 8) (and all 8 were accounted for at about 3AM) (well let me rephrase myself. No gamers besides me)
