Can't believe I thought about not clicking on this thread for weeks. Unfortunately I will need some help with a few composers. There seems to be a lack of variety here, and I probably won't help much with that, but I hope some people consider the ones not listed so far.

1. Nobuo Uematsu (10pts)
FF
2. Sasaki Masayoshi
DW
3. Shoji Meguro
Persona
4. Frank Klepacki
C & C
5. James Dooley or other Infamous 2 composer

6. Romance of the Three Kingdoms composer particularly VII,VIII,IX,X, XIII

7. Yoko Shimomura
KH
8. Jason Hayes
WoW
9. Koichi Sugiyama
DQ
10. Grant Kirkhope
Banjo

I need help with #6 and I hope #5 qualifies as he has many video games credits.

Not even going to really attempt to really order them, besides Kondo.

1. Koji Kondo (Koji Kondo)

2. Ken Nakagawa (Just to name one of the many talented composers at Gust Co. Be it Atelier, Ar, Nights of Azure, Blue Reflection).

3. Rei Kondoh (Wonderful 101, Bayonetta, Okami)

4. Norio Hanzawa (Mischief Makers, Sin & Punishment Star Successor, Wario World)

5. David Wise (Donkey Kong Country series, Star Fox Adventures)

6. Motoi Sakuraba (Tales of, Baten Kaitos, Eternal Sonata, Mario Tennis)

7. Hirokazu Ando (Kirby series, also just to name one of the various composers at HAL)

8. Toby Fox (Undertale, Deltarune, Little Town Hero and one track of Pokemon S/S)

9. Jake Kaufman (Shantae series, Bloodrayne Betrayal, Shovel Knight)

10. Junichi Masuda (Also naming just one to represent the Pokemon series composers)

And as a honorable mention, Shoji Meguro for his PS2 era Shin Megami Tensei games and Strange Journey.

James Dooley is fine as he has well over ten video game composing credits to his name, as far as a composer who worked on Romance of the Three Kingdoms series goes, there doesn't really seem to be one who worked on more than a few of the games. Yoshihiro Ike worked on X and XI, but doesn't really count as he only has a handful of video game score's to his name, so your best bet would probably be Yoko Kanno, who worked on at least the first game in the series, as well as X and XIII, maybe even some others. It's difficult to find proper credits for most of the games it seems.

Here's my list. Uematsu made my youth special, I cannot lie. The man deserves my top spot.

Nobuo Uematsu (10pts)
Koji Kondo (9pts)
David Wise (8pts)
Hitoshi Sakimoto (7pts)
Kazuhiro Tanaka (6pts)
Michiru Yamane (5pts)
Grant Kirkhope (4pts)
Yoko Shimomura (3pts)
Motoi Sakuraba (2pts)
Yuzo Koshiro (1pt)

My honorable mention goes to Takeru Kanazaki for his work on Fire Emblem Echoes.

Do you mean Hirokazu Tanaka? The Nintendo composer? I'm just asking because I can't find any composer by the name of Kazuhiro Tanaka.

Yes, I'm sorry, I mixed up the names. I meant Hip Tanaka.

No worries, just making sure I give the points to the right people.

Sounds good, it is really difficult to find the composers for VIII and IX.
