Actually to me, timed exclusive is exclusive, u know, won't wait a year or something to get a game on other platform at full price, so guess I'm hyped to play it on PS4 or PS5 first and never get a Xbox version or maybe Switch version.

Well I refuse to buy PlayStations, so to me timed means a lot versus plan exclusive. I'm playing ff7 for the first time, and on a Nintendo device. If I have to wait that long to play this remake on Nintendo or PC, so be it!

you unfortunate soul.

That animal game looked interesting. I did like Deadly Creatures on the Wii, so Ill keep an eye on this.

I immediately got Tokyo Jungle vibes and I couldn't be more excited. TJ had you pick an animal and run the gauntlet of seeing how long you could survive. You had to evade predators, find food(plants or smaller animals), and mate to keep your species going. I have always wanted Sony to make another one (made by Japan Studios) and I think this is basically it.

Sign me up!

He said exclusive, not timed exclusive.

It actually might be a console exclusive with a PS4/PC release. (PS4 release first) Considering the Switch is likely too weak to handle the game coupled with the fact that Japanese games don't sell all that great on Xbox.

Can’t wait to see Knights of The Round.

I liked the previous State of Play but FF7R pushes this one ahead for me. I haven't been excited about an FFVII remake before, in fact I really haven't even wanted one. At E3 2015 I was unbelievably excited for Shenmue 3, but not a remake of one of my top 5 games ever. But seeing Cloud's new design and seeing Aeris has got me interested in seeing more in June. I'm still not hyped and they could really disappoint me if they are still planning to chop the game up into parts just to suck more money out of the FFVII teat. A full FFVII remake will still sell millions, FFXV and Kingdom Hearts III had phenomenal day 1 sales but FFVII would blow them away.

I did see a lot screen tearing which is probably unavoidable on an Unreal Engine game on PS4 that looks this good, but I hope they have some PS5 settings to improve things since it'll probably be a cross-generation title. That said, I don't want Nomura to hold the game back by implementing a massive overhaul for PS5, just some options to render at a higher res and frame rate would be nice.

I would get it on PC too, since I don't have a PS4.

However, I heard Square-Enix is not very good at porting games for PC...

The show was too short. They should have extended it to give more details on the games. FF7R looks great though.

I don't like how Barret looks in the Remake.
Can't quite describe it but I feel like the model does not fit to the character.

I'm not a fan of Barret, either.  But then again, I'm not a fan of any of the character models.  There was already plenty of FMV for FFVII.  I really don't understand why they didn't just base the characters off those beloved animations.  It wasn't broke, but they're trying to fix it by adding the aesthetic that has been consistently driving away their fanbase.  I'm very much dreading seeing more remakes in this vein.

Yeah, that's also exactly what I think about, with the poor sale of Xbox one all these year, it can be no surprise the plan for a port on Xbox being cancelled, why bother doing that especially when the player base are mostly in Japan where the platform is basically dead for so long.
