This year? 12 pounds as of this morning
Last year, 46 pounds.

For a total of 58 pounds since I started doing this.

According to the BMI (which I know is generally complete horseshit), I need to lose another 55 pounds. I'm tall and have a large frame, so I'm not sure how I'd look or feel at that weight, but it's fun trying to find out.



Lost 102 pounds in 5 months and now i am gaining muscles.



Gained mainly muscle (and some fat of course) this year.

I am doing the gain and cut method ( weightlifting and cardio to burn the excess calories taken in with the needed protein) and it helps decently to keep the fatlevels down although it's very timeconsuming and harder to maintain together with a fulltime job.

About the same, I went through a 20lb gain/ cut period.



Probably nothing I don't feel heavier or lighter. Mind you too busy working to notice so not sure.

I guess so, because it was made of glass and it cracked down in the middle.

My weight stayed roughly the same this year, a little below 80kg. I tried to pack on more muscle at the beginning of the year (I lift weights three times a week) but I just feel too big once I get above 80kg. If I reduced my body fat to 10% I could add a few more kilograms of muscle mass without looking like a tree trunk but I didn't find the discipline to track all my food intake and count calories / fat / carbs, etc. I should probably get around to it to avoid stagnation, though - and to make my abs more visible lol.
