My weight stayed roughly the same this year, a little below 80kg. I tried to pack on more muscle at the beginning of the year (I lift weights three times a week) but I just feel too big once I get above 80kg. If I reduced my body fat to 10% I could add a few more kilograms of muscle mass without looking like a tree trunk but I didn't find the discipline to track all my food intake and count calories / fat / carbs, etc. I should probably get around to it to avoid stagnation, though - and to make my abs more visible lol.
