I gained 20 pounds, maybe even more. No way to tell since the scale is broken.

How did it break? Did you stand on it? O.o

I guess so, because it was made of glass and it cracked down in the middle.

I'm kidding . Its battery is dead.

"Its battery is dead" excuses excuses!

There goes my last fuck

My weight stayed roughly the same this year, a little below 80kg. I tried to pack on more muscle at the beginning of the year (I lift weights three times a week) but I just feel too big once I get above 80kg. If I reduced my body fat to 10% I could add a few more kilograms of muscle mass without looking like a tree trunk but I didn't find the discipline to track all my food intake and count calories / fat / carbs, etc. I should probably get around to it to avoid stagnation, though - and to make my abs more visible lol.

I was always underweight at around 61kg, this year I had some health issues and ended up around 57kg, only to recover and gain weight up to 69kg, I'm going to try and stabilize around 65kg, feels like better than now while not as underwieght as I was at the beginning of the year

Personally, I didn't lose or gain any weight. But in general, I lost about 150 pounds in the last few days.

Went from 238 to 199, Christmas goodies have brought me back up to 204 but I'll get back at it after New Year's.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

I don't think I've swayed more than 5lbs from my current weight in over 10 years.

12lbs. From 142lbs to 130lbs

Yeah i gained some weight again mostly because of stress but im still trying to put on some muscle, slow and steady.
