I know it's heretical, considering the company's modern-day misadventures, but I can't overlook three decades of classics: Contra, Gradius, Castlevania, TMNT, Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Suikoden, etc. Konami it is.

Platinum Games, followed by Sega. 10 to 15 years ago Konami might have been in contention as well, but the way they are now there's no chance. The difference between Platinum and Sega is pretty much Nier: Automata, without that I would have probably voted for Sega thanks to Yakuza and Valkyria Chronicles.
Well, Remedy made Alan Wake, the best game ever, so... Yeah, I'm going with Remedy this round.
I will give it to Codemasters, I had a lot of fun with Overlord 1 and 2, and they deserve a shot, though they obviously have no chance of winning.
I'm pleasantly surprised that some people are voting for Codemasters. Dirt series are some of my favourite games.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
