I'm sorry to read this. Be as strong as you can, medicine evolved and is still evolving very fast since doctors, chemists and biologists dropped dogmas and embraced scientific method, so with time your health issues could get more and more effective cures.

This is really depressing me. I really hope she is just screwing with us and returns soon. I know none of us know each other personally, but its still terrible to see a person... well, I think we get the picture.

I have no idea what kind of health issues you have, but I really hope you pull through, most of my family is in dire condition so I know the routine. Stay strong and we hope to see you again very soon!

I know this isn't something anyone wants to throw out, but what if she's actually... well, moved on. Its been 2 weeks, and I just don't think she would leave us hanging this long if she posted something like this. I really hope she is okay though and proves me wrong.

I'd say she deserves a few months before we start giving up hope. Stuff like this can take a LOT of time to recover from, and we're not going to be high on her priority list until it's clear to her that she'll be back for the long term. If I were her, I'd be focusing on friends and family until I knew I'd recovered enough that time wasn't so short anymore.
