Especially in case for Breath of the Wild. AND Skyward Sword.

The Last of Us overrated? Okayyyyy... This is why so many devs don't make story driven games anymore.

I like Uncharted games, but when I was thinking about them the other night I came to the conclusion of........Cut scene, climb something, gunfight.....cut scene, climb something, gunfight.....and so on.

Overrated is something that is misused all the time because people retrospectively judge games. If you're going to say a game is overrated, you have to do so at the time it released or compare it to the games it was going up against when it DID release.

Skyrim, it was extremly boring and uninteresting.

True. Soulless game. Bad character 'acting'. Too much snow.  Silly time travel spin, with stereotypical dragon that makes the dragon from the hobbit film proper bad ass by comparison. I want dragons that can destroy entire worlds with the power of a "death star". Plus guns.

The first God of War comes to my mind. I liked it, but I still felt dissapointed as it wasn´t that great. The action was okay, but the setting, characters, story and all that was bad, in american b-movie kind of way.

Surprised to see so many people mention Skyrim. I think that Skyrim is one of those games that lets you (the player) influence the experience and if you have some imagination its not difficult to enjoy it. Same goes for Morrowind.
But I still understand it as I too think that Skyrim is overrated, but not definetely the most overrated game.

This is very very true....people who play RDR like 6 years later and then complain have no credibility. The game’s open world was mind blowing back then. These days it’s one game among many which feature a similar open world.

The story is thin, though. Thinner than anorexic.

Uncharted 2 and 3.
