I borrowed that over-priced VR from a student just for RE7 and honestly I couldn't see myself playing it any other way after that.

See, i don't say the game is bad. I'm sure it's good for those that like that kind of experience. It just isn't to my taste. Like, it doesn't pull me at all (like for example a CoD game doesn't either). I feel apathetic towards it. It doesn't have that RE feel that used to pull me in and looks like a side story. I just prefer to play other things with my free time.

Capcom's previous flagship engine, MT Framework, was flexible enough they could develope for 3DS as well as all home systems. Their engineers are likely skilled enough that RE Engine could be moved to Switch, should need be.

As far back as last March Capcom said they were looking into optimizing the RE7 engine for Switch. They even pushed Nintendo to increase Switch's RAM to 4GB in order to accommodate the engine.

I have enough of re4, loved the game, but i played and finished it a lot, on gamecube and wii, the latter was the Best versión in my opinión, what i wish i played pm switch is a versión of RE7.
