Well, I guess its possible.I dont think that Smash is really necessary, since the Switch already has some multiplayer heavy games on it, such as Splatoon, Mario Kart 8 and the inevitable Animal Crossing(thats more of a guess that the multiplayer will be more important, but that seems to be the direction where the series is going to).

Plus, alongside the more attractive price to soothe people in the service, there must be a reason that Nintendo delayed the service for so long.It could very well have been the lack of a compelling game to launch alongside it, but I think they were revamping core concepts of the service, and these concepts could be compeling on its own.Just to throw some examples of what that could be:A better reward system, in which we get more games every month that was initially promised, deals that extend not only to first party, but third party as well, and have different deals each month.Launch it alongside Virtual Console, and give ample advantages for those that have the online service.

Just call me skeptical.

You could ask why a guy who set up demo booths in Europe a year ago is now doing the same in America. But I am willing to believe his list anyway, because it is not reaching. You can look through the development studios he named and won't find any with a crazy game attached to them.

Fair enough.

The difference here is that this source leaked the games a few days before the event, when Nintendo already had all the presentation ready, with the videos and the stage plans all set up.And for that, the low level grunts had to be informed, which is where he could have gotten his information and most importantly of all, Nintendo didnt have time to changed anything anymore. Now he is leaking something that will only be revealed in about 5 months, something that Nintendo probably didnt even set in stone if they want to reveal at that time or not.I mean, for how many years have Miyamoto been saying that Pikmin 4 is basically ready?Or how many times have we heard that Pikmin 4 is going to be shown in the next direct?

And Emily Rogers has been right as many times as she has been wrong. Not saying that it shouldnt take it into account, but dont take it as a fact either.Actually, most of her leaks that has been correct are the ones that she leaks a few days before the reveal, not months in advance.

Large events are actually planned months in advance especially large ones like E3, for example London comic con is planned like 7 months in advance, E3 is in June which means for an event that size everything would have to start to be set up in May which is 3 months away so him having plans now is not far fetched and it also still doesn't dispute how it lines up with the subscription either only two other games would push Nintendo's online and they're already out MK and Splatoon 2. Your point about Pikmin 4 doesn't make sense here as it's not debunking anything.

ER has been wrong at times yes but her claim on more remasters and ports (which the line up has two in Smash and SS) lines up some what with the rumour and the subscription

But he is the demo booth guy.Plans for large events starts being planned months ago, but that dosent mean they are finalized months in advance. And as I said, he is the booth demo guy, and thus plans for such events would not be known to low level grunts, or the attendees that stays on the booth, until a few days before the events, to prevent leaks.

Im not saying that this has zero chance of being true, but I think its simply unlikely.Time will prove who is right.

The Rumor Mill is at it again folks.
This time it's Bandai Namco related and it's that they are making two exclusive games for the Nintendo Switch.
The first one has been rumored before, and it's that Bandai Namco themselves are the ones making Metroid Prime 4.
The second one however, is one that comes straight out of the left-field bullpen, and it's that they are developing Ridge Racer 8 EXCLUSIVELY for Nintendo Switch.

I'm willing to believe the first one is true, since Bandai Namco has worked with a number of in house, 1st party, Nintendo franchises in the past: Namely Star Fox with Star Fox Assault on the GameCube, and of course, Smash 4. So, the thought of them being the ones tasked with developing a Metroid Prime game is believable, I find.
Ridge Racer on the other hand.... Yeah, not too sure about that one. Especially the "exclusive" bit.

I think there's a possibility that Bandai is helping create Prime 4, they aren't the Prime developer though. However ... the Ridge Racer one is almost crazy enough for me to believe ... almost ... maybe ... !!

Apparently Kirby Star Allies runs at 30fps. I see no reason why it can't be 60fps when Yoshi and DK could on Wii U, and more demanding games like Odyssey n Splatoon 2 are 60fps aswell. Have to assume either lazy or rushed unfortunately. Surely the game will still be good n fun, but it might be annoying to get used to considering every other Kirby game is 60fps.
