Why? Sony, unlike Nintendo and MS actually managed to utilize the buying power of Europe as a whole, which is incredibly impressive considering the many differing cultures there. Also according to recent sales data from Sony, they have another 2.1 million PS4's to sell on VGChartz before June 11th, so if anything it's being undertracked here.

It seems that Nintendo might have shipped about 700k for this month. I'll wait for the proper numbers though. I hope that they could ship 1M in July with Splatoon 2.

Comparing with the previous week, I'd say Nintendo pushed a lot of stock for MK8D's release but then suffered even bigger than normal shortage of stock after that week.

Or, if you want to conspiracy theory version: Nintendo is trying to artically limit stock even more to see if it leads to even bigger sales.

It's gonna be lazy as fuck isn't it... I'm expecting to see 1.7m PS4 next week rather than bother smoothing it out at all. Expecting about 1.5m in (rest of world)

Impressive Switch numbers considering it's still supply constrained in the US.

It's certainly supply constrained in the UK, it doesn't look like there has been any stock deliveries for a while.

another reason to never go off of vgchartz. PS4 is severely undertracked. European gamers know what the best system is. The supply excuse is getting old.
