I can feel with you when being mistaken, though it wasn't kind to me. People would think I was Jewish when I was in school, and people would start taunting me because of that (anti-semetic people much?). I don't get that anymore, but that was a stupid thing I had to deal with when I was younger.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Spanish and Irish mainly with a few other European countries lightly blended in there. My facial hair grows out as red and black lol.

I really should get one too. I would have no clue what I could get from my dad, though I would expect probably around 50% European from my mother, possibly with some East Asian in there (my great-grandfather was slavic).

Wouldn't that be east European rather than Asian? Slavic = Poland/Ukraine/Bulgaria etc

No, I mean East Asian. Slavic people have been thought to come from the Urals (I'm not sure of this, this is just a hypothesis), and that some Asian blood does remain in there (especially with those who have darker hair, which is what my great-grandfather had). Also, keep in mind the Magyars (hungarians) were a Uralic group till about a thousand years ago before settling in Hungary, so there could be similarities with the Sami, Finnish, or maybe even central Asians. Finally, the Mongol invasions could've also had influences on the Eastern European populations as well, which is why I do hypothesize that I do have a bit of East Asian blood, though probably not very much.

Ancestors came from Arabia. Pure arab

My family was poor overall. My great-great grandfather and great grandfather both walked miles everyday carrying things on their head. They were so poor, they would sometimes eat bread and salt as their only meal

Born in Venezuela, father side 100% Italian, mother side mostly Colombian with bits of French and Spaniard.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Wouldn't that be central/north Asian rather than east? I mean, I dunno about you but I think of east Asian as Chinese/Korean/Japanese, but not really Kazakhstani or whatever

Besides, I thought there was an Indian origin for slavic (and all other caucasian) peoples, due to the fact they are called Indo-Aryan races?

Edit: The Mongol thing makes sense though. I remember hearing that a relatively high percentage of people have at least some Mongolian DNA.

Northern Asians are a mix of Caucasian and East Asian ancestry. As you move farther away from Europe into Asia, the people (I mean the ancestrial ethnic group that lives there, not just a bunch of Russians who settled there) start to look more East Asian, and as you progress this becomes more evident. This is the case for uralic ethnic groups, though of course varies wildly between ethnic groups.

My dad is half Italian and half Ukrainian, then a mix of German, Irish, and Slovakian on my mom's side

As far as I know, I'm as Finnish as you can be, so European. But I don't know my family roots very far back, so who knows. At least there aren't any noticeable traces of any other ancestries in my family, so I don't expect there to be any other roots in any near history.
