No doubt this is going to be the biggest God of War yet, assuming it's going to be good. Not only has the E3 trailer got a crazy amount of views but the number of likes also massively outnumber Uncharted, Horizon, Zelda etc.

However, 4-5m FW is just unattainable, the best selling GoW(3) sold 1.5m FW and somewhere around 6-6.5m LT on PS3. Realistically GoW PS4 could sell 2.5-3m FW and around 8-10m lifetime (depending on bundling).

I love GOW the way it is. I do hope that whatever they did add, it doesn't take away from the overall gameplay that made GOW the game it is today. I think they will still keep some of the elements but they really need to do something different in order for God of War to evolve. IMO.

I think 3 million would be the ball park range for it, especially if it has a holiday launch, and those would still be incredible FW numbers. If any exclusive on PS4 is going to have that massive of a launch, it's going to be either The Last of Us Part 2, or Death Stranding.

What about Spider-Man? It can easily be the best selling exclusive game this gen. But it needs to release this holiday to dominate the American market (the only market where PS isn't completely destroying Xbox) and make the Scorpio less impactful.
