The 3DS has NNID by now, not? He should be able to link it with his Nintendo Account.

I think he means the friendscode ID. Those are different on every device.

And out of curiosity, why does Nintendo having a successful console upset you so? I get the whole fanboy thing, but that's something most people grow out of to some extent.

Hmmmm, Leo, have you checked out the full Shovel Knight, Has Been Heroes, Snipperclips, and some other stuff on the eshop yet? They are pretty good games.
