Our PM here in Australia has started growing some balls lately too. I think they Trump effect might have had something to do with it.

They actually aren't. He quoted the one poll that showed him with decent approval and failed to bring up the half dozen others that show him in the low 40's and under. There has never been a President as unpopular in his first six months in office. Not by a sizable margin.

The thing is, does it even matter where his approval rating is? I get if we looked at it during the beginning, but now it is irrelevant. Whether if he had a 0% or 100% approval rating, it is obvious that his plans will bring disasters.

Considering the word "ineptitude" is a negative term I would venture to say it's certainly not a good thing that he's lived up to my expectations.

I mean, with congress being a republican majority, pretty sure they'll support him regardless

I think that comes from his issues with narcissism. That tends to be the case with most people that have that issue.

I think Baldwin's Trump is funny, but there are opportunities to make fun of the other side like the fake media etc and SNL don't even bother.
