Come on baby, hit 83. I want full points in the prediction league

There are still 5 reviews to go so its possible that it could hit 83.

I'm confused. There's only 5 more reviews for hw2?

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Yeah you just need to scroll down the page. Reviews from IGN, Polygon, Shacknews, Attack of the Fanbuy, and Ars Technice are in progress.

1. Bullshit. Most of these reviewers probably wanted to review movies, but couldn't get into that industry so they went to video game industry. And in all honesty no reviewer outside the big ones are making money in any industry.  Also check this vid out regarding polyhacks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3pQ0oO_cDE. Believe me there is more. Angry Joe for example apparently used AUTO AIM for uncharted 4 lol.

2. I never said they didn't give good reviews to movie/cinnematic based games. They respect cinnematic/movie based games too, but they appreciate games for being games firstmost and story gets the back seat which a lot of games get flack for. You can litterally have a shit game with a decent story and get a free pass/ get good reviews. However, if you have good gameplay, but a shit story you will get huge deductions.

I don't want to drag the thread too off topic but real quick.

1.  Not being good at a game =/= not a gamer.

2. That is demonstrably not true. Doom, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, God of War, Halo 5, nearly all racing, fighting, Nintendo games, and 2D platformers. All of those have stories that are vague, bad, or nonexistent and yet they all are well reviewed in their own regard.

C'mon man, this dude is basically a troll, lol. A quick glance at XOne's highest rated games, with at least 90+ metascore, both third + first party, none of them are considered 'cinematic experiences.' I don't know why he needs an excuse for HW2 though, it has a scored pretty well.

Played last night, and the game is amazing. So far im loving it. The Story is probably the best iv seen in a Halo game since Reach. Nice and Dark. I expected the reviews to be butchered due to its genre on Consoles. For what it does it does well considering the limitations a console offers. Once i get my new PC ill be jumping on that. At the moment im playing on X1 and its great.

I agree with everything youve said in this thread except for the God of War part lol

I keep hearing that the story is really good. That's exciting and surprising haha! How do you like it compared to the first one?

I like the story in God of War, but it's pretty shallow and straight forward.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Good score, overall. Might be as good as the first game.

Which reminds me, it's been a little more than 8 years since Ensemble Studios' closure

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Not like scoring below a 90 makes the game bad. Heck, even a game with a score of 70 is still good.

I think last gen games got much higher scores than they would this gen. Easily 5 points more. And I've played games in the 65-70 range that I thought were great.

IGN somehow gave this game a 5.9/10, and yet I thought it felt way better. Really strange how the severity of reviews can go from serious to ridiculously nitpicky.
