Shin Megami Tensei

For a western audience, this is really one of the worst names ever chosen. I doubt anyone ever says it precisely correctly.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

I Always pronounced ID games as I.D. Games, like you personal I.D.

Same, I work at Gamestop and they always say ID on the commercial TV. But I refuse to say it, it makes no sense. It's I.D.

I used to be I.D as well, but it is ID for self, sadly :(

...afaik.

Zelda U is called Zelda: Breath of Fire, right..? I dunno, on black out.

Also, my parents used to call every game console a Nintendo, even the PS consoles xD

A friend calls Paper Mario "Mario Paper". It's actually pretty hysterical to hear her say it.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

...I honestly like "Mario Paper" a lot more.

I was always annoyed by the way most people pronounce/write Aerith, but that's probably just me.

As a non native speaker I used to pronounce Infamous as In + famous, so inf-ei- mous instead of in-fe-mous. Most of my friends who aren't native speakers still make the same mistake. We also can't prounce the -ous part right and instead we pronounce it as oo, as in "mOOt point".

Once I said that in front of an American friend and he said "wait, there is a game about a moose? Sold!".

Same here... actually for the first couple of years I pronounced it like that untill I saw the e3 presentation for Second Son

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

Until just a few years ago I thought it was Diddy Kong's Quest. I had missed the play on words in the title for years.

Don't feel bad, even after being told of the play on words, it took me 2 times to notice it.

Until Metal Gear 4, I always thought that the first one on PSX was called Metal Gear: Soldier Snake.
