Seems reasonable. A few thoughts:

  1. People clearly like those three big console games released from 1998 through 2002. What I'm curious about is how much of their popularity is due to their recent remakes? Majora's Mask has sold not that much less on the 3DS compared to the N64, and Wind Waker HD probably caught the attention of some people who skipped over the GameCube version.
  2. Link to the Past and Twilight Princess have quite a few second place votes, at least compared to Wind Waker and Skyward Sword. I have no idea if that is significant in any way.
  3. It's surprising how little people voted for the handheld entries. Only Link Between Worlds stands out, and it isn't even one of the top few.
  4. There still isn't much 2D Zelda love on VGChartz. After LttP and LBW, only the original is really liked. Of course, the original got a large majority of its points from top spot votes, so it obviously has diehard fans.
  5. Triforce Heroes? More like "Try Hard Heroes!" Or something. Because people don't like it! They didn't like Four Swords either though...

A bit dissapointed that Windwaker is #2 instead of A Link to the Past or Link's Awakening. Still, all great games.

Ocarina of Time. Where it should be. I'm happy again.

I think the HD remaster did Wind Waker a lot of favors, unlike the one Twilight Princess got, for me too. It's still my least favorite of the 3D games, but I do look at it much more favorably than I did the original version. The brilliant Link's Awakening is still massively underrated. I can't repeat myself enough, more people should play it. I also think A Link Between Worlds, while still good, benefit's from being a recent game. I'm also glad no-one likes Triforce Heroes.

And lastly, Tingle's Rosee Rupeeland is actually not that terrible.

Didnt realise the Zelda cycle had caught up to SS being liked already though, arent we supposed to wait for BotW to release before we can like SS??
