Woo, nice thread!

Haven't played in a few days, but this game sucks me in every time I do. Can end up playing for hours without realizing it. Kinda like Minecraft in that regard

I'll have to take some pics and post them sometime.

Yes yes! Please, I look forward to them! :D

The same thing happens to me when I play. I can spend so many hours on this, whether it's fully exploring a planet, updating my house, or building rooms for new tenants. This and minecraft are kinda dangerous for me, haha.

Would've been great if I discovered the game now. I'd probably be extremely interested in it. Instead I was fooled by the PR-bullshit and bought the game 3 years ago. Completely burned out, zero interest in whatever Starbound becomes. Its dead to me, and I'm never supporting early access ever again (due to Starbound, Stonehearth and Towns all being massive production failures)

Such a shame..

Ok ill play along and post a few pics of things that caught my eyes.

The liquid physics in this game are quite robust (ignoring that all liquids behave like water). So you can do interesting things like this:

There is no gimmick or special trick to it. The cave is completely exposed to the water, but it wont flood. Just dont mine the background... This can help you expand your beach house with an evil lair including a world dominating submarine. Theres no submarines in the game yet though, so you'll have to do with one of those hoverbike things. They can work underwater.

Is this coming to the PS4? I might buy this to compliment NMS.

Coming to PS4, X1 and a Vita (Vita could be a maybe since they haven't said more on that). I don't know when it is, could be before the end of this year or start of next. .

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

It certainly looks interesting so I'll be keeping my eye on it. The only thing that bothers me is the fact it's 2D and I always swore I wouldn't buy any more 2D games. At the end of the day though, the graphics are not what interests me, it's the gameplay is that interests me.

Well, the game is finished at 1.0, so it does have bosses and an end. So if you ever want to see the finished product, it's there~

Oh man, that is pretty cool. I bet a cool base could be made from the bottom of the island. It would def make a cool underwater base, and I wish I had done that... I guess I can just make an underground tunnel to the bottom of my island. Cool find indeed.

I know there is a mod that adds submarines, so it could be possible to do in the game currently~

If you're ever curious to see and here more about the game, well, you're free to come glance by here anytime! I'll try to continue to post shots from my sessions on here. Hopefully by the time console versions release, there will be even more content to experience in the game. I know finish is coming soon to the game as an added feature.

Are we all shy that we dont have a super amazing thing to show? Not me. But instead of something amazing I'll show everyone a couple of things I found useful in the early game.

Here is my ship:

Look at that efficient use of space . Nothing big but I think it pays up big time to have all the most advanced crafting stuff in there. Not just because is right there for when you visit new planets but everything inside the ship stays even if you change servers or play in the single player. This way if the servers closes, resets or have troll players you still got the important stuff on the ship and you keep your inventory unfilled.

About cotton:

It is weird in that cotton is easy to find but tricky to get in enough quantities. This is definitelly something you want to farm (as in cultivate). And you should do it from the very begining as you'll want to make that teddy bear as soon as posible, trust me.
