Capcom and EA do not have devkits, I can tell you that for certain, if theyre still developing the OS for the system to run on they wouldnt waste time providing third parties with devkits that dont respresent the final OS/architecture.
How is sonic in development if Sega, Dimps or Sonic team dont have devkits?
Ends list with a "but its nintendo anythin could change", read: this is complete and utter bullshit and when it pans out to be just that, "nintendo just changed their plans".

Getting tired of these fan-dream lists/rumors for NX, just wait till Nintendo actually announce something solid and you have less of a chance of being dissapointed if the wet-dream lists some random guy made up for hits dont magically hit the mark.

Sorry. It really feels fake. Too much following the norm. After what Nintendo constantly does. I expected some weird choices, in a few places. Nothing on this list.

I find it funny how the list ends with

• Is everything set yet? Yes, but with Nintendo you'll never know. If he has updates he will share them with us.

But early on the list we read

• They'll show the portable in spring 2016, will be out for the end of the year or spring 2017 max. Specs will be higher than PS Vita but nothing mindblowing, screen resolution should be 540p, considering 720p if costs go down. BC with 3DS was problematic
• Wii U successor will not have an optical drive, which will be optional. It will sync with the portable (not obligatory). Specs won't be super high, but close to PS4/X1 (doesn't know how much, like with the portable this is still subject to change anyway). Cross games will look better on the home

He is contradicting him/herself right there! That and the points Tachi already said, prove that this is fake, althought I wouldn't mind if it was true).

Looks like rubbish. Half is obvious. Other half seems to be a summary of other rumours we've seen.

Cross buy already exists and as NX whatever it is doesn't come out before end of 2016 it is clear that WiiU stay main in 2016.
