Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Devil's Third Review Thread - Metascore 40 (17 Reviews)

I think it's safe to say this game sucks big balls. But one thing to me I think is funny. Gamespot. This shitty website gives this decidedly very shitty game a fitting 3/10, and these idiots give the gears remake an almost identical score of 4/10... seriously, can we never include them in review scores anymore? Lol.

We are not as cruel as the rest of Europe! (except with bulls :P)

Really? Because Spain doesn't look like a particulary healthy market for Nintendo.

Spain is a healthier market for Nintendo than the UK, that's for sure!

Going to assume these are different reviewers. In which case you can't really say anything because it's just opinion, regardless of how bizarre they may seem.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

I guess we can see why Nintendo was hesitant with this one.

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

Hey! Its one metascore above Godzilla!

Not worst game of the year confirmed! :P

Told you it wouldn't.

Seems like the metacritic just keeps on creeping upwards really. It's crazy when you think about it.

Still far from decent but maybe steering out of unmitigated disaster territory.

I don't understand what's crazy about that.  Better review scores will cause the average to go up!

And I'd say we're still a ways off being out of unmitigated disaster territory.

who's surprised now? 99% of this site's users probably aren't.

Kinda sad that the multiplayer is the best part when the game probably isn't going to do well and thus not have many active players.

That and there aren't many copies in the wild I'd imagine. The place I buy games from online sold out pretty much straight away.

Imo nintendo should just release the online component on eshop. Might get a better community that way

Like many people said here... There are very few who are surprised at the rating. I guess even Nintendo knew this game was gonna suck so bad they are considering just skipping the physical release of it here in the States and the Rest of North America (Lord Knows they don't need more negative publicity on the Wii U). The Graphics look like they are even unacceptable even to have on the Wii and the premises of the game is a washed down concept that hasn't sold Games since the late 90s (A Muscle bound Pervert who swears and hits on slutty chicks left and right... Okay Duke Nukem #2).

If Nintendo wants to hit the Mature Market, please let it be with a concept that it already trending (Sci-Fi or Military Shooters).
