Frankly this game looks like a second rate David Cage game and I'm not a fan of his best output so...

Never heard of him and he hasn't even finished the game. I don't think the game will review well, it will be mid 60s, but this guys opinion is meaningless to me.

So he is worried that showing gameplay would get him in NDA-trouble but he ain't worried that talking about the game and advising to not buy the game would get him in trouble?

Well, I saw this coming, as it happened with The Order...

But is one man opinion, so wait for more reviews and gameplay, but don´t get your hopes up.

It's alright with me if this game doesn't review well with the gaming press. I think it's intended to fill a niche and to broaden the appeal of the platform rather than to be the next Uncharted or Bloodborne. It looks like a title that's there for teenagers to play at a sleepover or for fans of that style of campy horror.

Not every game needs appeal to the "core".

He signed nothing, he doesn't have a review copy, just got the game early.

OT: I'll still wait for actual reviews, when he says that the game is like a 90s horror movie and acts surprised by that and calls that a negative then I'm just left wondering what he actually knows about the game (it's completely trying to be an homage to these movies). I'm not expecting huge high scores (I see something like mid 70s), but I still rather listen to opinions of people that completed the game.
