[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Around the Network

Some people don't get sarcasm...

Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

[Prediction Made 6/18/2014]

It's funny , because he made a joke, but the reaction of the Nintendo users to this joke is justification for the joke to be no joke.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Wow. That, along with the Kickstarter promise of the Wii U version, the 'updates' of how the Wii U version was doing and all that, could easily be used as fodder in court.
These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Even if it is a joke or something, it's extremely unprofessional and likely detrimental to their business, studio and partners. This has essentially admitted to lying to the Nintendo user base and outright stealing their money. The amount of balls these guys have, with the lackluster game that Project Cars is in comparison to other racers out there, is quite amazing.

No one lied about anything, fans just led themselves to believe that SMS could do something with the wii u that other developers couldn't. When SMS realized that it would be more effort than it was worth to finish the porting job they started, they made a business decision to go to the NX, and they also made a developer decision to admit it to fans. The exact same thing happened from the Xbox 360 and PS3 to the Xbox one and ps4. And they also didn't steal money seeing as how the game was funded fully by pc owners before accepting donations from anyone else

I can dislike Slightly Mad enough to not have to grasp at straws like this

Forget the damn joke, there's no Wii U version coming? Are backers who wanted a Wii U version getting their money back? Promises have been broken.

Hey, thats Kickstarter sometimes. There are no guarantees.

When they originally planned on making a Wii U version they didnt know that console was going to do so poorly.

It's just a joke. Though I'll be fine if it's real cuz I don't like that game very much.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

Yeah, like you guys were actually gonna buy that trash.

downplay the studio whatever you want but the game is one of the best racing games this gen whether you like or not so no need to downplay the game especially when some nintendo fans were begging for a lesser version as long as it comes to wii u
