Critics are idiots sometimes, this is one of those cases. The scores are basically the same as the first Crew even though there are lots of changes and improvements. The first Crew was underrated by critics as well, it was the best non-Horizon racing game so far this gen imo, and The Crew 2 was even better from what I played in the alpha, better even than Horizon 2 (though not as good as Horizon 3). 

I honestly think they shit on it only because it's shared world, if it had an offline mode it would review better for sure. I'm glad that Horizon 4 isn't shared world only like it was promoted to be at E3, it still has an offline option thankfully. 

I think the game is bad, feels boring and everything just doesn't feel good at all.

And just because it's better than the first doesn't mean it needs a better score. Standards just get higher.

This is good news for XBOX fans. It is good for the industry that they stay relevant in the videogames industry that way the other companies need to bring good products or MS can overtake them like they did with the 360

8 million PUBG players is great to hear. No Forza next year is probably so they can have it ready for 9th gen.

They missing a year to add features to 7 that can probably translate onto next gen easily enough whilst tweaking and improving the engine ready for next gens 8 as a launch title, With no 8 next year I do wonder if we will see FH4 also get a 3rd big expansion in the Autumn to to keep it rolling since the knock on effect would be a year later to FH5 on the next box.

The last few MS exclusives seem to be successful on the commercial level, at least.
PUBG - 8 million players on Xbox (not on gamepass)
Sea of Thieves - 4 million players
State of Decay 2 - 3 million players
Forza Horizon 3 - 9 million players (not on gamepass)

Liberation HD means that the entire AC franchise is playable on Xbox One. I still honestly hope that they would Remake AC1.
