Mines warm but seams fine otherwise. Anyway witcher 3 is on the enhanced list but my Xbox says that it's not enhanced. What's up?

That $250 is good as buying it with just Cod or Star Wars as the free games makes the console effectively $190 anyway lol + all them Halo games and a controller thrown in.

I'd guess that it is new and significant numbers of games and apps have updates.

Sometimes while on instant on my Xbox One S spools up and gets warm downloading and installing things.
