Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox enforcement team banned me for no reason

Hi guys I've got a few questions Xbox enforcement team banned me for no reason apparently I've been cheating to unlock achievements which i haven't done it and they restore my gamerscore to zero   I've been trying to contact them and they won't even replying me back . Has anyone got any idea what I can do about it ? It's so annoying banning me for doing nothing wrong in 8 years of Xbox gaming

Are you sure you haven't done anything? In my experience, XBox enforcers never ban anyone unless they conduct a thorough investigation.
But also, have you been banned or just reset? Those two instances are very different.

That sounds terrible. I know for a while when they caught people cheating they froze the gamerscore and had 'cheater' show up on it.

Have you tried the forums? Here is the 360 one: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/41.aspx

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Tell me a funny joke!

I'm 100 % sure I've done nothing if I did anything like these I wouldn't be bothered about it when I had Xbox 360 someone hacked my account I don't know if they did something to it but I managed to get it back by help from Xbox support team

I always wondered how you could cheat on XBox???

Which game are they saying that you supposedly cheated on? Have you tried MS support and the forums?

well it's possible to cheat achievements by either using a savegame of another user or by accident (glitch).
The latter happened to me once without knowing, but it's even reproducible. One of the FIFA games froze on me while I was offline and the next time I started my 360 it unlocked several online achievements.
That's technically cheating as the Xbox team can't know if that was an accident or not. They only see that I've won online achievements and don't have a time stamp for them.

Really the best thing would be waiting for a response or looking for other means of communication.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:
