GTA V has been released and according to various stats, Rockstar’s open-world title has already broken the one million sales barrier. According to Steam Spy there are currently almost one million users on Steam that own Grand Theft Auto V.

As Steam Spy noted, this figure does not include copies that were sold outside Steam. This means that retail copies or digital copies sold from other outlets are not included in this number.

Taking the worst case scenario, there are almost one million GTA V owners on Steam right now.

Now if we add PC users that got their copies from other outlets, we can safely say that GTA V has already sold more than one million copies in just a day.

Overall, great news for Rockstar. We’ve already got a Review code for GTA V, so expect a PC Performance Analysis really soon!

Ofc, they have waited 2 years for this game.

And it is well deserved! The port is excellent and runs super good and god, the graphics are so amazing by comparison to the current gen/last gen consoles! This port truly shows how other ports on PC should be made

PC is dead

Not a big number even if we compare to PS4 numbers; which was a recent release. But good for rockstar. I will triple dip when its like $10 something.

For a 2 year old IP, that's been delayed numerous times on PC Platform, that's actually a pretty remarkable number, esp. given it's full price.
