I excluded it because the experience seems largely the same. There aren't any examples that I know of where it's like an entirely better experience on the PS4 compared to the Xbox One.

I play on a 70 inch TV, resolution directly affects my experience. The 1st half of last gen the X360's noticeable advantage in the quality of multiplats was a huge selling point for it. Funny how when it is now the other way around none of this matters anymore.

Well I've never bought a console for better multiplats and I've never owned a 70 inch TV, so we clearly have different priorities.

So that whole comparison of features and specs was absolutely meaningless.

No not really. If multiplats are all you play, get a PS4 over an Xbox One.

So you say the ps4 is more powerfull why not giving it a point in a category like multiplats performance?

Multiplats are multiplats. I didn't include them because you basically get the same experience on both machines.

The expierence is better with higher resolution

The Xbox One doesn't have Bloodborne so it loses by default.

Oh and 1080p! You aren't really playing HD videogames if it isn't in 1080p.

TL;DR

"The PS4 is the better machine but I like Xbox Games more"

"However I buy these machines to do one thing: play games, and the Xbox One has more than a slight edge over the PS4 in that respect" ... in your oppinion. Most people would disagree with you on that.

I thought if resolution was this important to people they'd just buy PCs. You can go beyond 1080p pretty easily with a decent PC.

Yep. But I was asked for my opinion and here it is.

I agree getting to your settings on XB1 feels like a bit of a chore, but you can pin anything to the left side of your home screen which makes it much easier.
