I have to agree with this as well. Child of Light looked fantastic, doesn't hurt that it was a great game as well.

I really enjoyed just taking a moment to look around in the Bloodborne alpha. Driveclub is the most visually appealing game after the new weather update..

That is absolutely gorgeous. |
The whole game is breathtaking. :)
If you've got a Wii U, it's on the eshop, worth a look if you like slower paced puzzle/platformers.

Came here to say Okami myself. I'll also throw in Muramasa the demon blade and the Unfinished Swan.

Media Molecule are so god damn awesome...I mean look at that. Everything is paper and it looks awesome lol
Games that absolutely nail the environment they are trying to portray are the ones I find the best to look at. So games like Bioshock are obviously up there, Red Dead Redemption for the setting, even GTAV purely because of how amazing it is to walk through something so lifelike.
Then you have art styles of games like Rayman Legends which is up there, Okami (been mentioned). Even older games like ICO, Limbo etc

GTA V for the downright absurd level of detail in the world and the superb lighting that makes everything look natural and realistic.
Also, the Rayman games for their vibrant, colorful art style.
Okami, Mario Kart 8, Mario 3D World, Rayman Origins/ Legends and others.. Those are simply the games that come into my mind right now!

I really like a lot of colour and variation and a style which dares to try something new.
The top 3 games that come to mind are Wind Waker HD, Trine, and The Banner Saga.
