Do not see anything wrong with this. You either accept compensation by accepting the offer, you try to return the game and get your money back, or you go the class action suite. Would seem very silly for the company to give you compensation and you then sue them for more.

Reason number 24 not to support Ubisoft.

I will never purchase a game form them ever again, even if it's a new Rayman. I convinced my friends to ditch them aswell.

Agreed.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

Cant you just SUE them before you accept the game?

Sue Ubisoft because their games suck? Talk about First World Problems.

How would you feel if you dropped a full $60 on something that doesn't even function.

So basically, you get a free $60 game and give up your right to engage in a lengthy, troublesome class action lawsuit that might get you about $30 five years down the road.

I say: "People, take your free game and stop bitching about conspiracy theories. Next time don't preorder games and don't pay for DLC six months in advance and you won't have any problems."

Seriously, what a crap article. As crap as articles get. Site should be called egocentricgamer.

Who in their right mind would actually sue over a game. My God the gaming community we have today sucks ass.

First of all not everyone had the launch issues. I played through the entire game experiencing only 1 glitch. Second it maybe a lot to you but to others 60 bucks isnt anything to cry over. And lastly this entire situation is overblown as the game is nowhere as near as broken as many claim to be.
