I don't like Ubisoft but that was pretty smart.

They got themselves out of a possibly bad situation if someone wanted to take legal action.

Who would want to sue over a $60 game, even if it was broken, is beyond me unless somehow it actually injured the consumer like the original Mario Party.

I'm glad that I lost interest in that series with the second game. :D I don't ever buy season passes or pre-order their games. "I'm not a cash cow so stop trying to milk me." Just stop buying their games.

Not really that big of a surprise. Companies don't give out "free" games for nothing, they expect something in return.

Ubisoft never has kindness in their heart, not even around christmas.
