Did you just suggest to wait for Nintendo to drop the price?

That doesn't really happen, you see.

I didn't say how long to wait

Seriously, deals happen. Get it in a buy 1 get 1 half off thing. Also, if you're from the U.S, eBay is awesome for games. Yes, new games. You don't pay tax and the game is generally cheaper only a few weeks later. Amazon is also good for this, esspecially lately. MK8 has been like $48 since launch...

Yes, deals do happen, but for most of the time they are close to full price, unless put into the "greatest hits" category or whatever they call it now. Then it gets a price cut. But the example I like to use is New Super Mario Bros DS, which even directly from Amazon is full price, and it's over 8 years old.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

I agree. Most retailers keep Nintendo games at full price for years. It's pretty ridiculous.

I was just saying there are ways around it.

The NSMB thing is insane

i will say the same thing I say to other people who ask this question for X game.

You got a brain go make up your own decision. In an age of the internet it isn't had to watch some gameplay videos and read a few reviews.

Link and Lana.Intense Great story Game.Play it!!

the 3 things you should know:

1.The fan service of this game is worth the buy. I've always wanted to play as darunia, or sheik, or impa, or midna. Now i get to. It's worth 50$ to most gamers, as a zelda fan it's worth the 60. ***Also, if your interested in the strategy guide, it has like 7 pages of zelda art.
2. It's the best dynasty game i've ever played. The animations, the items, the boss battles. Top notch for a dynasty game.
3. It's not a 3d zelda, it's a repetetive hack'n'slash game so don't put your expectations to high. I would rate most dynasty games at about a 7 simply because of the genre, but hw gets a 7.5 or 8.
There you go. Go buy it now. You have the nudge you were looking for.

I have a general rule, if you ask if you should do something, you obviously want to, or you wouldn't be asking. You're just asking for approval from others to make sure your choice isn't a bad one.

So, we can infer that you want the game. The question now becomes "how much?" Since this isn't about eating another slice of pizza, it isn't so simple as saying "do it!" because it's $60.

IMO, you want the game but not enough to shell out full price for it. This leaves 2 options:

1) If patient, simply wait for a deal or price drop

2) If not, get it because you obviously want it

Untrue. Wonderful 101 can be found for a pittance, for example, and the Metroid Prime Trilogy was being given away for a while. Retailers will discount heavily to clear stock shortly, I suspect.

What?  I wish I would have seen that.  I kept my eye on the last few copies at a few local stores around me.  I never did see the price move.  Eventually I caved and bought it.  I just had to have it, and I was getting nervous with only about 4 copies in the area.
