I love it when people compare the early sales of the One to 360. The One had about a 60 million Microsoft console owning fan base advantage over the 360 at launch.

The One is tracking well below the 360 every month, so a good launch wont save it, it will obviously sell far much less than 360, so taking the launch to say it's doing better than 360 ignoring the actual awful numbers is pretty damn ...Not clever.

But i guess everyone already told that

What does the Xbone need to be saved from? Does it have AIDS or something?

I would say that's certainly an edge,there is a lbp option to buy it for the ps4 and not for the xone,and reverse with forza

Why do people always mention Forza? Forza Horizon 1 sold really poorly.Forza 5 failed to sell X1s at launch and has been outsold by TF.Forza is not as popular as people seem to think.Halo and Gears are the only big games on the Xbox and they are far off.


I think people are putting a disproportionate amount of faith into a game that has no pedigree. As the poor cousin to FM, which has a small but dedicated following, FH seems unlikely to swing people toward Xb one or convince people to upgrade from 360. The same is probably true of LBP3, but it does have a better pedigree than FH.

If someone needs to make a thread just to justify a purchase of a piece of electronic equipment, it can only mean that they are having serious doubts about their purchase. And to alleviate those doubts, they then start listing arbitrary reasons, many of which are mere personal preferences, as if they are trying to convince themselves that they haven't made a mistake.

I mean, they already purchased the item, no need to convince themselves anymore. They just need to enjoy it the best they can with all the limitations it has, it still serves its intended purpose.
