During its history, IGN has awarded perfect scores to only 29 games. One of them, Skyward Sword, which incidentally was called "the greatest Zelda game ever created" by IGN, ranks in at 86. How does that work?

I don't care how IGN rates its games, but stuff like this makes the list a little hard to swallow.

The best Zelda game of all tme according to IGN  it's at 86th place... right, and not even mentioning the game it's one of their very rare 10s.



My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Wretched list @.@ I have no idea how anyone could put Ni no Kuni above Xenoblade...or putting Smash Bros behind Lego Marvel?! what?! Metroid Prime 3 behind NSMBWii?! This is just sickening @.@

The way i see it, the score should be representantation of how the site itself should feel. They need to back up and stand behind the scores they give

What's ridiculous with it? The 3 of them are amazing.
Well, neither GTA 5 or Galaxy (2 is better, must be the one to appear on the tops) seems to have a chance to be THE top 1, but will surely be on the top 5.
The top 1 shoukd be between The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption.
And the last at top 5 should be Uncharted 2.
So, to me seems like it will be:

1. Red Dead Redemption
2. The Last of Us
3. GTA 5
4. Galaxy 2
5. Uncharted 2

It's a good top 5, not my personal one, but indeed a good one, I would be so mad with it.
But AC 4 and Rayman Legends being so low it's just wrong, both deserves at last a place at the top 15 (to me both top 10).
Rayman Legends is the very best plataformer ever made IMHO. Rayman Legends stomps Super Mario Galaxy at any moment, even the Galaxy (specially 2) beign amazing too. But it has a terrible disease called "not being Mario", so people overlook it way to much and overrate Mario as well, something that used to happen in the 5th gen times when all RPG's had a hard time trying to overcome the disease called "not being Final Fantasy", and most died while fighting it and bringing the RPG world down with them.

I didn't say this top 3 would be ridiculous. TLOU is my personal GOTG, but I haven't played GTA V or Mario Galaxy yet.

I said their lists as a whole are ridiculous. They lack coherence.
