People love to make prediction threads like this and just assume Sony will do nothing for PS4. To even for a second think the 180 has a shot of outselling PS4 ww shows how misguided you are.

Haha the delusion is absolutely stunning. I'm a Nintendo/PC fan, but PS4 has XB1 easily beat, even in the US. It might be a 10% victory by the end, but there's no coming back for Microsoft to market leader this gen.

If they had a ton of exclusives coming out NOW, it might be different. But the rest of 2014 is dominated by multiplats that are better on PS4. And by 2015 both consoles will be streaming out great exclusives. They don't have all those studios sitting on their thumbs you know. So exclusives = a wash at best for Microsoft, but yet Multiplats, inertia, etc, are all with Sony.

The best part about X1 pricecut, is that 100$ will no longer be a valid excuse.

That's true, so many moving goalposts and surefire miracles for the XB1 maniacs. "Oh wait till Titanfall!" Sure. $399 won't make a dent past a couple weeks, because the exclusives aren't there yet. I'm willing to accept that SO and QB might move some consoles, but the huge stretch of time filled with multiplats (advantage : PS4) isn't going to make a difference beyond a small % between now and then.

But it $100 more for the definitive version of xb1

And obviously Sony won't have games for the next 7 years as you can see in many other threads here.

Their best bet is to achieve a draw in the USA currently.PriceCut and giving away the "game of the Gen" for free didn't do anything.Sony just needed to release some consoles for the market.
At the end only the global numbers count anyway and here we will see the PS4 dominate easily.
The PS4 is and will be still the better system with the better versions of Multiplats and the better image.
And obviously taking the VGChartz Numbers for serious is a big mistake - NPD will show a big difference as always.And that big difference will just shrink a little and not turned into the favor of Microsoft.
